Photo Album: Waterproofing in Sayerville, NJ

This apartment building in Sayreville, NJ needed waterproofing in the basement. They called Quality 1st Basements for help. One of our System Design Specialists suggested CleanSpace to act as a barrier between the wet basement walls and the dry basement air, to keep the humidity from warping the structural supports. WaterGuard was installed under the floor slab against the walls and floors to direct any leakage to the sump pump. Finally, IceGuard was installed on the discharge line to prevent the system from freezing or backing up during the winter. The building owner can now relax knowing their basement is protected from flooding.
