Weep Holes
We drilled weep holes along the bottom of the foundation walls to relieve built-up water pressure and allow wall seepage to flow directly into the WaterGuard System, ensuring effective drainage and a dry basement.

Installing WaterGuard
To install the WaterGuard system, our crew began by drilling a trench around the interior perimeter of the garage floor, carefully removing concrete and debris. We then placed the WaterGuard drainage channels on top of the foundation footing, positioned to capture both wall seepage and groundwater. Once secured, we backfilled the trench with clean stone for proper drainage and sealed the system with fresh cement.

TrenchDrain Install
At the garage entryway, we cut and removed a section of concrete to install the TrenchDrain System. The grated drain was placed level with the garage floor to capture surface water as it enters. It was then connected directly to the WaterGuard drainage line to ensure smooth flow into the sump pump system. After installation, the area was backfilled with clean-washed stone and covered with cement to restore the surface.

During SuperSump Install
For the SuperSump Premier installation, our team excavated a sump pit at the lowest point of the garage floor where water naturally collects. The sump liner was placed in the pit and surrounded with clean stone for stability and drainage. We then installed the Zoeller cast-iron pump inside, connected the discharge line to carry water away from the home, and sealed the system with an airtight lid to prevent moisture and odors.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is designed to capture water at the wall-floor joint before it reaches the space, ultimately keeping this garage dry while remaining clog-resistant and easy to service.

TrenchDrain System
TrenchDrain protects vulnerable entry points by capturing surface water at ground level and directing it into the drainage system, ideal for garage doors, walkouts, and stairwells.

SuperSump Premier
The SuperSump Premier offers powerful, reliable water removal with a durable cast-iron pump, airtight lid, and alarm system, ensuring the homeowners garage stays dry, even during periods of heavy rainfall.
