Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Leonardo, NJ

In North Wales, PA, a homeowner faced a challenge that is all too familiar with partially finished basements. The basement started showing signs of water damage with moisture seeping through the walls and baseboards. After identifying the problem’s origin, we proposed a plan to install our tried-and-true waterproofing systems: WaterGuard and the TripleSafe Sump Pump. We carefully excavated around the basement’s perimeter to install the WaterGuard system, an innovative interior drainage system designed to sit above the basement footing and redirect water from the walls into the sump pump, keeping it off the floor. The discreet design of WaterGuard assured minimal visual disruption, with the system concealed beneath a clean layer of concrete. To complement the drainage system, we implemented the TripleSafe Sump Pump, providing triple peace of mind by addressing common failure points like power outages and high water volumes that can overwhelm regular sump pumps.
