System Design Specialist, Sal suggested the TripleSafe sump pump, which provides the ultimate protection against flooding. Each TripleSafe has three pumps, one main pump and two backup pumps. The backup pumps kick on in the event of a power outage or an overflow of the system, so the basement stays nice and dry. The floors were covered in ThermalDry Floor Tiles to not only give the basement a nice, clean look but the panels insulate the floors and keep the space dry. The homeowner could now enjoy their renovated and waterproofed space.
