Before Repairs
To ensure the homeowner received the most effective and long-lasting repair solution, we assigned one of our experienced System Design Specialists to perform a comprehensive inspection of both the basement and crawl space. This in-depth evaluation allowed us to accurately diagnose the underlying issues and develop a tailored strategy to address the specific structural and moisture-related concerns present in the home.

Installing Push Piers
Our crew began the Push Pier installation process by carefully excavating the soil around the foundation footing to expose the base of the affected walls. Once exposed, heavy-duty steel foundation brackets were securely attached to the footing. Using hydraulic equipment, we then drove each Push Pier deep into stable, load-bearing strata far beneath the surface, ensuring the home is supported by solid ground.

Installing Push Piers
As each pier reached the necessary depth and load capacity, the weight of the structure was carefully transferred onto the piers, effectively stabilizing the foundation and helping to lift it back toward its original position. This precise and minimally invasive process provides a permanent solution to foundation settlement and protects the structural integrity of the home for years to come.

WaterGuard Drainage System
Unlike traditional French drains, WaterGuard sits out of the "mud zone," preventing clogging and ensuring reliable performance over time. Once installed, the system channels collected water to a sump pump for proper discharge away from the home. This innovative drainage solution not only keeps the basement dry but also helps maintain a healthier environment and preserve the structural integrity of the home.

BrightWall Panels
The crew chose to install BrightWall Panels to transform damp, unsightly basement walls into a clean, bright, and waterproof finish. These durable, mold-resistant panels not only improve aesthetics but also protect the foundation by directing moisture into the drainage system, making them the smart, long-term solution for basement wall protection.

SmartJacks
The SmartJack Support System was installed in this homeowner's crawl space to permanently stabilize and lift sagging floors. Designed for tight spaces and engineered to support loads of over 60,000 lbs, SmartJacks are the ideal solution for correcting structural issues caused by weak soil or aging supports.

SilverGlo Insulation Panels
We also added our SilverGlo Insulation Panels to enhance energy efficiency and comfort in the crawl space. Unlike traditional fiberglass, SilverGlo features a built-in radiant barrier and rigid foam insulation that reflects heat and resists moisture, keeping the space warmer in winter, cooler in summer, and protected from mold and drafts year-round.
