Basement Wall Cracks
The homeowner's basement wall cracks were allowing water to seep in during heavy rain, leading to ongoing moisture issues in the space. As the water entered through these cracks, the basement became increasingly damp, raising concerns about mold growth and potential structural damage.

Installing WaterGuard
Our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System by first digging a trench along the perimeter of the basement, ensuring it was positioned above the footing to avoid clogs. We then placed the system in the trench and connected it to the homeowners sump pump, allowing water to flow efficiently into the pump for removal.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
Next, we installed CleanSpace Wall Panels to stop moisture from entering through the basement walls and creating a damp, unhealthy environment. These panels act as a vapor barrier, directing wall seepage into the drainage system while also giving the basement a clean, bright, and finished appearance.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
We also installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump to replace the homeowner's failing system and provide reliable, 24/7 protection against basement flooding. With three levels of defense, a primary pump, a secondary pump for heavy water flow, and a battery backup for power outages.

IceGuard Discharge Line
The IceGuard Discharge Line was installed to protect the sump pump system from backups during freezing weather. This attachment allows water to escape even if the buried discharge line becomes frozen or blocked, ensuring the basement stays dry and the system continues to function in all seasons.
