Damp Basement
Damp basement conditions are often caused by poor drainage, hydrostatic pressure from surrounding soil, cracks in the foundation, and high humidity levels. These issues allow water to seep through walls or floors, creating a moist environment that can lead to mold growth, structural damage, and poor indoor air quality.

Installing WaterGuard
Our crew began the WaterGuard installation by carefully removing a section of the basement floor perimeter to create a trench. Once excavated, we placed the specially designed WaterGuard Drainage System just above the footing of the foundation, ensuring it wouldn't clog with soil.

Installing WaterGuard
Next the WaterGuard System was then connected to a sump pump for proper water discharge. After securing the drainage channel in place, we backfilled around it with clean washed stone and restored the floor with fresh cement for a clean, finished look.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
WaterGuard offers a highly effective, long-term solution for keeping basements dry by capturing water seepage at the wall-floor joint before it reaches the living space. Unlike traditional drains, WaterGuard sits on top of the foundation footing, preventing clogging from dirt and debris, connected to a sump pump, it efficiently channels water out of the home, helping prevent flooding, mold growth, and structural damage.

The Benefits Of CleanSpace Wall Panels
CleanSpace Wall Panels provide a durable, moisture-resistant solution for basement walls, designed to both protect and brighten the space. Made from a thick, puncture-resistant plastic vapor barrier, these panels prevent water vapor from passing through the walls, reducing humidity and the risk of mold growth.
