Photo Album: Lifting Sinking Concrete Patio in Sewell, NJ
In Sewell, NJ, a homeowner found themselves frustrated with their backyard patio. Over time, numerous cracks appeared and the concrete slabs sank by 5 inches. This made it difficult to enjoy gatherings and increased concerns about safety. After a thorough evaluation, we identified the settling issues affecting the slabs and recommended our proven solution using the PolyLevel system. To complement the repair, we also suggested NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water from worsening the problem. On the day of the job, our production team, consisting of a knowledgeable foreman and adept installers, arrived on-site. They started by drilling small, unobtrusive holes through the sunk sections to inject the PolyLevel high-strength polyurethane foam. As it expanded and cured, this foam lifted the sunken parts with precision, quickly restoring the patio to its original level. Once the slabs were back in place, we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant along the visible cracks and joints.
