Old Sump Pump
This homeowners sump pump could no longer keep up with the high capacity of water attempting to enter the space, leaving this basement completely vulnerable to water damage.

During WaterGuard Install
The crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System by first creating a trench, then the system is securely placed inside before we surround WaterGuard with clean-washed stone and a layer of cement.

Installing TripleSafe
Next, the crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump by first excavating a sump pit at the lowest point of the basement to ensure optimal water collection. We then placed the TripleSafe system, which includes three powerful pumps for backup protection, into the pit and connected it to the newly installed drainage system. The unit was securely sealed with an airtight lid to prevent moisture and odors from escaping, and a discharge line was routed safely away from the home's foundation.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
Our WaterGuard Drainage System is a proven, reliable solution for keeping basements dry. Installed along the interior perimeter of the foundation, it sits above the footing to prevent clogs and efficiently captures water seepage from walls and floors. Unlike traditional systems, WaterGuard is non-invasive, easy to service, and designed to direct water straight to the sump pump before it can cause damage.

The Benefits Of TripleSafe
The TripleSafe Sump Pump offers unmatched protection with its three-pump system, designed to handle everything from everyday water seepage to severe flooding. Its primary pump manages regular flow, a secondary pump activates during heavy water volume, and a battery-powered backup ensures operation during potential power outages.

Installing ThermalDry
We installed our ThermalDry Basement Flooring by first ensuring the concrete surface was clean and level. Next, we laid down the interlocking ThermalDry tiles, which are designed to snap together without the need for adhesives.

The Benefits Of ThermalDry
These durable tiles create a thermal break from the cold concrete, providing a warmer, more comfortable floor that resists moisture and prevents mold growth. The result is a reliable, low-maintenance basement floor that's both functional and inviting.

The Importance Of Waterproofing
Basement waterproofing is essential for protecting a home's foundation, preventing mold growth, and maintaining a healthy living environment. Without proper waterproofing, water seepage can lead to structural damage, musty odors, and costly repairs over time.
