Basement Water Seepage
Basement water seepage is often caused by a combination of hydrostatic pressure, poor drainage, and foundation cracks. When the soil around a home becomes saturated-typically from heavy rain or melting snow, pressure builds up and forces water through weak points like wall joints, floor cracks, or porous concrete. Inadequate exterior drainage systems, clogged gutters, or improper grading can worsen the issue by directing more water toward the foundation instead of away from it.

Installing WaterGuard
The crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System by first excavating a clean trench along the interior perimeter of the basement floor. We carefully positioned the patented drainage channel just above the footing to ensure it stays clear of soil and debris, maximizing efficiency. Once in place, the system was securely connected to the sump pump, and the trench was backfilled with clean stone before being sealed with fresh cement.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
Unlike traditional French drains, WaterGuard is installed just above the foundation footing, keeping it out of the "mud zone" where clogs typically occur. Its unique design captures water seepage from walls and floors, channeling it directly to a sump pump before it can enter the living space.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
With a clean, finished appearance and minimal disruption during installation, WaterGuard provides reliable protection against basement flooding, helps prevent mold and moisture damage, and ensures a drier, healthier home environment.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
TripleSafe delivers unmatched protection and peace of mind by offering three layers of defense against basement flooding. The primary pump handles everyday water removal with powerful efficiency, while a secondary pump automatically kicks in if the primary fails or can't keep up during heavy water intrusion. In the event of a power outage, the third pump, a battery-powered backup, keeps working to ensure the basement stays dry.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
Crafted from durable, mold-resistant material, our CleanSpace Wall Panels create a clean, finished look while acting as a vapor barrier to block moisture from seeping through porous foundation walls. Any water that does make its way behind the panels is directed downward into the WaterGuard Drainage System, keeping the space dry and protected. CleanSpace not only improves the overall appearance of the basement but also helps prevent mold growth, musty odors, and moisture-related damage.

SaniDry Sedona
Unlike standard dehumidifiers, the Sedona removes up to 100 pints of moisture per day while using less energy, earning it an ENERGY STAR rating. It automatically drains collected water and circulates dry air throughout the space, reducing humidity levels to prevent mold growth, musty odors, and dust mites. Its compact design fits easily into tight areas, and with built-in filtration, it also improves overall air quality.
