Photo Album: Crawl Space Waterproofing in New Providence, NJ

A homeowner in New Providence, NJ was getting tired of the water that consistently found its way inside their crawl space when it rained. Knowing the damage that water can cause to the structure of a home, the homeowner turned to Quality 1st for a trustworthy solution. Once we assessed the problems in their home, we were able to provide an installation plan that would help keep their crawl space dry. The waterproofing of this crawl space entailed the addition of our WaterGuard Perimeter Drains which created a channel beneath the crawl space floor and into the new sump pump. Our SuperSump system replaced the old sump pump with a more powerful performing system that can keep up with high volumes of water. To tend to some of the cracks that were in the walls, our NexusPro sealant was applied to mend the gaps, and then the walls were lined with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier.
