Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Howell, NJ about a concrete repair. The homeowner noticed their pool patio was sinking about three inches, and they needed it repaired for next summer. We repaired the pool patio using the Polylevel Injection Method. Our crew drilled small, penny-sized holes into the slab and injected the polyurethane foam into the empty void. Once the void has been filled, the polyurethane foam expanded and lifted the concrete. Once the pool patio was repaired, our crew sealed any gaps and did a final clean-up. The pool patio looked as good as new and the homeowner was thrilled with the results!
