A homeowner in Perth Amboy, New Jersey noticed the floors on the first level of his twoo story home were unleavened. Our system design specialist inspected the foundation and crawl space. SmartJacks were installed in the basement to provide support for the crawl space.
SmartJacks ensures that the home is stable and won't sink or sag. To help clean up the crawl space and prevent moisture, CleanSpace was installed on the floors and walls. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier system that holds back water vapor and moisture, and provides a clean updated look. Also, EverLast doors were installed outside the crawl space to seal it off and prevent any cold air, moisture and insects from entering the crawl space.
