Photo Album: Settled Front Porch in Allenhurst, NJ
A concrete front porch in Allenhurst, New Jersey was sinking and settling about an inch. Quality 1st was contacted to help raise the sinking porch back to its original position.
Concrete is heavy and when the soils underneath are unable to support its weight, the slab will sink. Our team used PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that is injected into the concrete through penny-size holes to raise the concrete. The foam begins to expand and raise the concrete within 30 minutes. This method of raising concrete is easy, fast and a permanent solution.
