A homeowner in West Orange, New Jersey had a concrete patio and walkway that was sinking more than two inches. Quality 1st was contacted to help restore the patio and walkway.
PolyLevel was used to raise the concrete back to its original position. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected and then flows into the voids and between loose soil particles, expanding to about 15 times its initial volume. This expansive action effectively lifts settled concrete. Within just 30 minutes, the Polyurethane is at 90% of its strength and the concrete is lifted with no more gaps.
