A homeowner in Ridgewood, NJ was dealing with basement flooding that left about one inch of water in the space after heavy rains. Our team installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter to collect and direct groundwater to a new TripleSafe sump pump system, which provides three levels of pumping protection. We also installed CleanSpace along the basement walls to help control moisture and create a cleaner, more protected environment.

Trench

A trench is carefully created along the basement perimeter to make room for our WaterGuard system, designed to capture water before it reaches the floor.

Our team installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, designed to collect water along the foundation and direct it toward the sump pump system.

Drainage System

WaterGuard captures water from walls and floors, keeping it from pooling across the basement surface. Installed and concreted, it provides a long-term solution to interior water problems.

Sump Pump

We also installed our TripleSafe sump pump to provide multiple levels of pumping protection, including a primary pump, a secondary pump that can take over if the first pump becomes overwhelmed or stops working, and a battery-powered backup pump for added protection during a power outage.
