Originally, the concrete patio at this Sayreville, NJ home had settled by an inch or two, causing water to seep into the basement. As you can see in the photos, we swiftly rectified this problem using our PolyLevel system to lift and level the slabs. Our team filled voids with high-strength foam, elevating the concrete back to its intended height. We then applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal cracks and joints, preventing future water intrusion. Now, the patio is stable and water-resistant.
