Train-A-Thons Hosted for Service and Production
At Quality 1st we know how important it is to continually train our employees, even if they've been here for many years. That's why we are hosting full day TRAIN-A-THONs for both our Service and Production departments. Service training will be held all day on Tuesday May 21st and Production on Friday May 24th.
With new additions to our team in both the Production and Service department everyone is working at their full potential to ensure that we continue to provide great customer service and more. Please note that our service department will not be scheduling appointments on Tuesday May 21st due to training. Our service technicians will be brushing up on their skills to better serve you during your annual maintenance check-up. They will also be learning more about our products and services, making sure that they are the most knowledgeable in the industry.
Our team of production crews will be training on Friday May 24th. Please note that no installation of our products will take place on this day. Many foreman on our production team have been with us for many years and are greatly appreciated by our customers and clients. They are consistently receiving positive feedback and referrals from every job they perform. With such a positive response it is only fair that we give them a day to train on new products and services. Using our "WOW SERVICE" training program we will continue to "WOW" every customer that we come in contact with.
Training will be led by Production and Service manager Juan Gonzalez with the help of Field Supervisor Jack Jamison. Both managers have been in the home improvement and customer service industry for many years and bring a very positive and compelling approach to each training seminar.
