The article reads:

They were appointed to fill positions vacated by Barbara Fischer of Columbia Bank and Michael Ali of Livoti's. Romans is the principal of Quality 1st Contracting, a firm that is in the process of relocating from Perth Amboy to the former 84 Lumber site on Route 35. Marcinkiewicz is vice president and manager of the newly-opened PNC branch a Lloyd Road and Route 34.

"We all look forward to working with Tom and Steven on making our council even stronger than what it is today," said Charmine S. Visone, who was reelected chairman of the EBC at the groups January meeting.
