Patrick Specchio

Patrick serves as a Real Estate Responder on our Sales Team, where he works directly with homeowners to develop customized solutions that fit their home’s specific needs and goals. Originally from Marlboro, NJ, Patrick brings extensive experience to the team with nearly 20 years in and around the construction industry and over 15 years managing a wide range of vendors. His background also includes the last decade focused primarily on security operations and sales. As a CPR Trainer Certified professional, Patrick values preparation, trust, and helping people feel confident in the decisions they make for their homes. In his day-to-day role, he enjoys building relationships with homeowners and creating solutions designed to protect what matters most.

Patrick’s favorite part of the job is helping customers solve problems in a way that protects both their homes and the things they value while allowing them to continue investing in their property for the future. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his kids, coaching and playing sports, including baseball, football, and basketball, and traveling whenever he has the opportunity.
