Service Technician

Provide a world-class customer experience. Utilize a proven service/sales process to determine each customer's unique needs and lead them through the right solutions to accomplish their goals.
Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information. Provide timely, relevant follow-up.

Job Requirements:

Good mechanical/technical skills
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent Quality 1st Basements with integrity at all times.
Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
Clean drivers license
