Crawl Space Encapsulation in Toms River, NJ
Challenge
A homeowner in Toms River, NJ noticed musty odors in their house and suspected it was coming from their crawl space. Unsure of the exact problem, they called us to inspect. Upon evaluation, our team found that the crawl space was damp, with moisture lingering in the dirt floor and air. Over time, this could have led to mold, wood rot, and compromised air quality inside the home.
Solution
To resolve these issues, we encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace vapor barrier system. This liner seals the entire space, locking out outside air and ground moisture.
