Challenge
This homeowner was concerned about sagging floors in his Medford, NJ home. This was a problem they had noticed in the past but recently they noticed settling again. They wanted a strong, stable solution that would solve the problem once and for all. Their goal was to lift the sagging floor back into its original position.
Solution
Our System Design Specialist, Mike Notar performed an inspection and recommended SmartJacks to support the sagging floor. The SmartJacks successfully lifted the settled floor back into place and the steel support system of the beams ensured permeant stabilization of the sagging floor for security and peace of mind for the homeowner.
