Challenge
A homeowner in Cape May, NJ noticed their concrete driveway was sinking and becoming unlevel. They knew this could become an issue and could cause tripping hazards, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution.
Solution
We provided a free inspection for the homeowner and suggested using polyurethane foam. This will bring the concrete to a raised and level position. This is done by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the slab and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. We use PolyLevel Injections which will bring the concrete to a lifted position. When the job was complete, the homeowner was satisfied with the results, and their peace of mind was restored!
