Overall I am very satisfied with the work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My inspector was very professional and helpful. I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for about a year, and decided to make an immediate decision due to Hurricane Irene. The office staff that set my appointment was very nice and professional. My experience with the installation crew was great they were neat, quick, and cleaned everything up! From the first meeting with the company rep to come out to look at our sinking concrete problem thru the entire process of job completion, all was so professional, friendly and so very easy to work with. Ian was the head repair person on our job and from start to finish clearly explained all he was going to and then did a remarkable job. He cleaned all up after the work, even replanting some of the flowers he had to move to do the job. We HIGHLY recommend this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
