We were recently contacted by this Seaside Heights NJ homeowner who was facing concerns of potential tripping hazards and a structural decline due to concrete slabs settling directly near their home's front porch patio. After conducting a thorough examination of the situation our system design specialist Joseph was able to offer the owner an essential solution to meet their needs. Next, our foreman Ash and his talented team of concrete repair experts arrived at the home and began installing our specially patented PolyLevel Foam Injections as well as our ultra violet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant. With the help of PolyLevel, we have successfully restored the surface to its original height and stabilized the soil beneath by ensuring all voids created by poorly distributed soil are filled.
Due to the compaction of soils beneath this sidewalk, the concrete began to sink and settle. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st to fix the trip hazard that was created by the sinking concrete. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy G. informed the homeowner that PolyLevel would be the perfect solution to their problem. Our PolyLevel Team led by Iian, went out to the home on the day of the installation. First, they drilled small holes into the concrete. Next, they injected the polyurethane foam through the holes to lift and level the concrete. Once the concrete was level, Iian and his team sealed the joints with NexusPro.
The concrete that was supporting the pavers around this pool was beginning to sink and settle- causing the pavers to become uneven. Since the surface beneath the pavers was concrete, our team was able to temporarily remove the pavers and inject PolyLevel beneath the concrete. Following the PolyLevel installation, the joints were sealed to prevent water from eroding the soil beneath the concrete. The pool area is much safer now with the even pavers.
This walkway of a Monmouth County, NJ property was experiencing sinkage and was cracking. Homeowner Melissa saw Quality 1st Basement's ad in the mail and was impressed with the quality and little hassle our PolyLevel solution provided. She booked an appointment and Iian and his team came out and lifted and leveled her concrete. Melissa was excited to have a smooth, even walkway leading up to her house with no cracks.
This sidewalk in Ocean County, NJ was sinking and settling about 1 inch. The homeowner made an appointment with Quality 1st Basements to lift and level their sidewalk concrete. A concrete team was sent out to the house where they lifted the homeowner's concrete with PolyLevel solution until it was level and an even surface to walk on. The homeowner was not only impressed with how fast the process was but how well the Polylevel held up the heavy concrete.
