The homeowner could now enjoy their fully waterproofed basement.

CleanSpace and WaterGuard

WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to collect seeping water and direct it to the sump pump. CleanSpace was installed on the walls to keep the moisture and humidity from the walls from filtering into the basement and weakening the supports and creating an unstable environment.

SmartSump

SmartSump was installed in the basement to pump out the floodwater directed to it. Each SmartSump is fitted with an alarm to alert the homeowner if there's a problem with the system or if the system needs maintenance.

LawnScape

LawnScape was installed as an outlet on the lawn to release the floodwater from the basement. The grate is green and flat, making it inconspicuous for curb appeal and making landscaping easy.
