This homeowner from Staten Island, NY noticed what could be efflorescence on the walls and water leaking into the basement after heavy rains. Our System Design Specialist determined the best solution for their problem with WaterGuard, TripleSafe, Everlast Wall Panels and ThermalDry Flooring.   WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to direct seeping water from the walls to the sump pump for removal. TripleSafe sump pump was installed in the corner to provide the basement with the ultimate protection with its three pumps. To finish, Everlast Wall Panels were installed on half of the wall to improve the look of the space while not supporting the growth of mold or mildew if faced with any moisture. ThermalDry Flooring was installed on the floors to provide a sleek look while warming the floor and keeping it nice and dry.   The homeowner can now enjoy their waterproofed and finished space.
