Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Cresskill, NJ

This homeowner from Cresskill, NJ had dampness in their basement and had some surface mold on their insulation. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free estimate. One of our System Design Specialists recommended SilverGlo, StarPipe, a vent cover, IceGuard, and LawnScape.    The insulation was removed from the crawl space and replaced with SilverGlo that helped insulate the crawl space so it was a stable temperature and wouldn't be damaged by moisture. StarPipe was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space to collect groundwater and direct it away from the foundation. LawnScape was installed on the homeowner's lawn to expell the water from the crawl space away from the foundation to not cause any structural issues. IceGuard was installed on the discharge line, keeping it safe during winter freeze with its three slits, allowing water an escape route so the line doesn't freeze over. A vent cover was attached to the crawl space opening to keep the space secure from humidity, winter cold, and debris.    The homeowner can now enjoy their newly renovated crawl space.
