Basement Water Seepage
This homeowner's basement water seepage was caused by a combination of poor exterior drainage, hydrostatic pressure building against the foundation walls, and water entering through wall-floor joints during heavy rainfall. Over time, saturated soil around the home forced moisture through small cracks and porous concrete, leading to damp walls, musty odors, and visible water intrusion inside the basement.
Installing WaterGuard
We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System by first excavating a shallow trench along the interior perimeter of the basement floor. Once the trench was prepared, the WaterGuard piping was placed on top of the footing to ensure proper drainage without clogging. The system was then connected to the TripleSafe System and covered with clean stone before being sealed with fresh concrete, leaving a clean, finished look.
WaterGuard Drainage System
The WaterGuard Drainage System offers long-lasting protection by capturing groundwater and wall seepage before it can enter the basement. Its design prevents clogging, directs water straight to the sump pump, and keeps the basement dry even during heavy storms.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed to provide the homeowner with maximum protection against basement flooding. Featuring three pumps within a single system, including a battery-powered backup, it ensures continuous operation even during power outages or heavy water intake.
CleanSpace Wall Panels
CleanSpace Wall Panels were installed to create a clean, moisture-resistant barrier along the basement walls. These panels prevent water vapor from entering the space, direct any seepage down into the drainage system, and brighten the basement with their durable, washable finish.
