Our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System along the interior perimeter of the basement, carefully removing a small section of the floor and placing the drainage channel at the base of the foundation wall. This setup ensures water is efficiently collected and directed away from the basement before it can reach the living space.

We installed our TrenchDrain System at the base of the basement entryway to capture surface water before it could spread across the floor. The grated drain was laid evenly with the cement flooring and connected directly to the WaterGuard Drainage System, ensuring seamless water flow into the sump pump.

The WaterGuard Drainage System was installed along the interior perimeter of the basement to intercept groundwater seepage at its entry point. This reliable, below-floor drainage channel ensures water is efficiently directed to the sump pump, keeping the basement consistently dry and protected.

TripleSafe was chosen for its unmatched reliability, featuring three pumps that automatically adjust to different levels of water intrusion. With a battery backup for added protection, this system provides continuous peace of mind, even during power outages or severe weather events.
CleanSpace Wall Panels
Our CleanSpace Wall Panels were installed to act as both a vapor barrier and a visual upgrade. Its durable, mold-resistant material prevents moisture from passing through the foundation walls while brightening the basement with a clean, finished look, perfectly complementing the waterproofing system.
IceGuard Discharge Line
To ensure year-round performance, our crew added our IceGuard Discharge Line to the sump pump outlet. This specialized component prevents water backup in the event of a frozen or blocked discharge line, allowing the system to expel water safely and continuously, even in freezing conditions.
