Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Scotch Plains
This homeowner from Scotch Plains, NJ was in need of waterproofing for their crawl space. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free estimate. One of our System Design Specialists recommended CleanSpace for half the wall, SaniDry Sedona, WaterGuard, and SmartSump.
CleanSpace was applied to half of the wall to keep the moisture and odors from affecting the rest of the crawl space. SaniDry Sedona was placed in the crawl space to dry the air of any humidity. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter and against the walls to drain all the water to the sump pump for removal. SmartSump was installed to take on heavy water and pump the water out of the crawl space and away from the home's foundation.
The homeowner can now have peace of mind that their crawl space is protected from water damage.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Waterguard was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space to collect any seeping water coming from the walls and floors and drain it to the sump pump. CleanSpace was installed on the lower half of the wall to keep moisture and odors from passing through.
SaniDry and SmartSump
SaniDry Sedona was placed in the crawl space to dry the air of moisture and humidity. Each SaniDry Sedona filters mold spores, dust mite droppings and removes up to 95 pints of water per day.
