Installation
Before concrete is poured, this WaterGuard system is fitted snugly along the foundation wall to capture any leaking water and send it straight to the sump pump.

Trench
The crew begins by jackhammering along the interior perimeter to create space for the WaterGuard drainage system.

Trench Line
To begin the waterproofing process, a trench was formed around the basement's footing for the new drainage system.

Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona works hard to keep humidity levels below 55%, protecting the home from mold and musty odors.

Buried Discharge Line
Our crew finished the buried discharge line, which works with the sump pump system to move water far from the home.

WaterGuard
The WaterGuard drainage system is now sealed and ready to protect against future water intrusion.

Drainage System
WaterGuard is in place and out of sight, but ready to defend the basement from every heavy rain and rising water table.

Sump Pump
Now in place, the sump pump is the heart of the basement waterproofing system, ready to activate whenever water is detected.
