WaterGuard was installed below the floor slab and against the walls to collect water seepage and direct it to the sump pump for removal. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed to provide the ultimate protection with its three pumps. IceGuard was installed on the discharge line to keep the line from freezing in the winter. LawnScape was installed on the lawn as an outlet for the flooding from the basement. It is placed far from the home's foundation to keep it from weakening it. The homeowner can now relax knowing their basement is fully protected against water intrusion.

WaterGuard

WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to capture any water seepage from the walls and the floors to direct it to the sump pump for removal.

TripleSafe

TripleSafe was installed in the corner of the basement to provide the ultimate protection against water intrusion with its three pumps; one primary pump, one secondary pump and an UltraSump battery powered pump. If the primary pump stops working, the secondary pump kicks on to keep the basement nice and dry.

IceGuard

IceGuard was applied on the discharge line to keep the system running smoothly during winter frost.

LawnScape

LawnScape was applied to the lawn as an outlet for the flood water from the basement. The outlet is green and flat, to blend in perfectly with the homeowner's lawn.
