Before concrete is poured, this WaterGuard system is fitted snugly along the foundation wall to capture any leaking water and send it straight to the sump pump.

A clean trench is formed along the footer of the basement wall, ready for the WaterGuard to be laid in place.

After carefully installing the WaterGuard along the basement walls, our crew sealed it in with concrete, leaving a clean edge and a much drier, safer space.
Drainage System
The final result may look simple, but beneath this concrete edge is a professionally designed drainage system working to keep this basement permanently dry.
Waterproofing
WaterGuard is now in place, hidden beneath clean concrete for a sleek and effective finish.
