One of our System Design Specialists recommended CleanSpace, SaniDry Sedona, SuperSump, WaterGuard, and IceGuard.    First, WaterGuard was installed under the floor slab to collect seepage from the walls and floors and drain it to the sump pump. SuperSump was installed in the corner of the basement to pump out the water seepage outside the house and away from the foundation. CleanSpace was applied on the walls to create a barrier between the moist walls and the dry basement air. SaniDry Sedona was placed on next to the sump pump to dry the air of any humidity. Finally, IceGuard was applied on the discharge line to provide an exit route for water if the discharge line freezes.    The homeowner can now enjoy their waterproofed home.
