Insufficient Drainage Support
This homeowner's old sump pump was no longer providing adequate drainage support, leading to persistent dampness and moisture buildup in the basement, creating uncomfortable and potentially damaging conditions.

Weep Holes
Before installing WaterGuard, our crew drills weep holes in the bottom of the foundation walls to allow trapped water to drain into the system, helping relieve hydrostatic pressure and keep the basement dry from the ground up.

Installing WaterGuard
After drilling weep holes, our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System just below the basement floor, along the perimeter. Once in place, it was covered with clean washed stone and sealed with fresh cement for a clean, discreet finish that directs water straight to the sump pump

WaterGuard Drainage System
The WaterGuard System provides long-lasting protection by collecting water from the walls and floor before it enters the basement. It stays out of the "mud zone," ensuring reliable drainage, reduced moisture, and a drier, healthier space overall.

The Importance Of Reliable Drainage Support
Reliable drainage support is crucial for protecting your basement from water damage. Without it, moisture can seep through walls and floors, leading to damp conditions, mold growth, and structural issues. Systems like WaterGuard ensure water is efficiently collected and directed away, keeping your basement dry and your home protected.
