WaterGuard Install
Our crew began by creating a perimeter trench around the basement. We then placed our WaterGuard Drainage System above the foundation footing to prevent clogs, surrounded it with clean stone, and connected it to the sump pump. Finally, we restored the floor with fresh cement, leaving the system hidden but highly effective in keeping the basement dry.
Installing TripleSafe
To install our TripleSafe Sump Pump, we first excavated a sump pit at the lowest point of the basement to collect incoming water. Next, the crew installed the TripleSafe liner and set up the three-pump system: a primary pump for everyday use, a secondary pump for high-volume conditions, and a battery backup for power outages.
CleanSpace Wall Panels
We added CleanSpace Wall Panels to create a moisture-resistant barrier that prevents water vapor from passing through the basement walls, helping to reduce humidity, prevent mold growth, and keep the space clean and dry.
