During WaterGuard Install
Our team began by removing a section of the basement floor perimeter to create a clean trench. This allowed us to properly position the WaterGuard Drainage System just above the footing, preventing clogs from dirt and debris.

WaterGuard Install
Once the system was placed, we connected it to the sump pump, backfilled the trench with clean washed stone, and restored the floor with a layer of cement for a seamless finish.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is a non-invasive, clog-resistant interior drainage system that captures water at the wall-floor joint and directs it to the sump pump. It keeps basements dry, protects against water damage, and works with a variety of wall systems for maximum effectiveness.

Installing TripleSafe
To install the TripleSafe Sump Pump, our crew began by excavating a sump pit at the lowest point of the basement. We then placed the TripleSafe liner and installed all three pumps: a primary pump, a secondary pump for high-volume situations, and a battery-powered backup pump for power outages.

IceGuard Discharge Line
The IceGuard Discharge Line was added to ensure water from the sump pump can exit the home even if the exterior line freezes. This prevents backups and keeps the basement protected year-round, especially during cold weather.
