During WaterGuard Install
First, we removed a section of the concrete floor to create a trench, then placed our WaterGuard System just above the footing to prevent clogs. After securing the system, we connected it to a sump pump for efficient water removal. Finally, we restored the floor with fresh concrete, leaving a clean, seamless finish.

Installing BrightWall Panels
The crew prepped the surface and measured for precise panel placement. The durable, waterproof BrightWall Panels were then secured with fasteners and sealed at the joints to direct any wall seepage into the drainage system below.

WaterGuard Drainage System
Installed along the interior perimeter, our WaterGuard Drainage System captures groundwater seepage at the wall-floor joint and channels it directly to the sump pump, ensuring long-term basement dryness without clogging.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
To provide maximum protection, TripleSafe was installed. With three pumps for redundancy and power failure backup, it ensures continuous operation even during heavy storms or outages.

BrightWall Panels
BrightWall Panels provide a durable, waterproof solution for unfinished basement walls, enhancing both appearance and moisture control.

BrightWall Panels
Designed to direct wall seepage into the drainage system, BrightWall Panels improve basement air quality while offering a clean, low-maintenance finish.

IceGuard Discharge Line
We added our IceGuard Discharge Line to prevent water backup in freezing conditions. Its patented design allows water to escape even if the buried discharge line becomes frozen or blocked.
