Wall Cracks
This homeowner's basement wall cracks were caused by ongoing water seepage, which gradually weakened the foundation over time. As water consistently entered through the soil, pressure built up against the walls, leading to visible cracks and structural stress.

Perimeter Trench
Our crew creates a perimeter trench along the interior foundation walls to install the WaterGuard System. This trench allows us to place the drainage channel at the ideal height to intercept water before it reaches the basement floor.

Weep Holes
We drill weep holes at the base of the foundation walls to relieve built-up hydrostatic pressure and allow trapped water to flow freely into the WaterGuard System, preventing further wall damage and moisture buildup.

During WaterGuard Install
After placing WaterGuard in the trench and connecting it to the sump pump, we cover the system with clean washed stone and pour fresh concrete over it. The result is a seamless, hidden drainage system that keeps the basement dry and protected long-term.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
The crew installed CleanSpace Wall Panels to create a bright, clean-looking basement while providing a vapor barrier that helps block moisture and humidity from seeping through the foundation walls, protecting against mold and musty odors.

WaterGuard Drainage System
Our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System to provide a permanent solution to basement water seepage. Positioned at the base of the walls, it effectively captures incoming water and channels it to the sump pump before it reaches the floor.

SuperSump Premier
The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System was installed to deliver powerful, reliable protection against basement flooding. It features a high-capacity pump, an airtight lid, and a floor drain to keep the space dry and safe year-round.

EverLast Wall Panels
EverLast Wall Panels were installed to replace damaged drywall and give this basement a clean, finished look. These panels are moisture-resistant, mold-proof, and built to last, making them perfect for below-grade spaces.

EverLast Wall Panels
Unlike traditional drywall, EverLast Wall Panels won't rot, warp, or support mold growth. We added them to ensure a durable, low-maintenance finish that keeps the basement looking great and performing even better.
