Weep Holes
Our crew drilled weep holes along the bottom of the foundation walls to relieve built-up hydrostatic pressure and allow any trapped water inside the block walls to drain freely into the WaterGuard System. This critical step ensures effective moisture management and helps prevent future water damage by directing wall seepage into the drainage system before it can enter the living space.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is a specially designed interior drainage system that sits just below the garage floor, along the perimeter. Unlike traditional systems, it won't clog with soil and effectively captures water seepage from both the walls and floor. By directing this water to a sump pump system, WaterGuard helps keep the garage dry, protects against mold and structural damage, and ensures long-term peace of mind.

SuperSump Premier Install
To install our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, our crew first excavated a pit at the lowest point of the garage to ensure optimal water collection. The sump liner was then placed into the pit and surrounded with clean gravel for stability. Next, we installed the powerful cast-iron Zoeller pump inside the liner and connected it to a secure discharge line. Finally, we sealed the system with an airtight lid to prevent odors, debris, and safety hazards.

SuperSump Premier
The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System offers powerful and reliable protection against water damage. Equipped with a high-performance Zoeller pump, it can handle over 2,600 gallons of water per hour, keeping your home dry even during heavy rains.

TrenchDrain System
We installed our TrenchDrain System to capture surface water at key entry points, such as garage doors or basement stairwells, where water commonly seeps in. Its grated, low-profile design allows water to flow directly into the drainage system without disrupting foot traffic or use of the space.

IceGuard Discharge Line
To protect against discharge line backups during freezing temperatures, we installed our IceGuard Discharge Line System. This patented feature automatically releases water away from the home if the exterior pipe becomes blocked by ice or debris.

The Benefits Of Waterproofing
Waterproofing this homeowner's garage provided long-term protection against moisture intrusion, mold growth, and potential structural damage. By creating a dry, controlled environment, the space is now safer for storing belongings, reduces the risk of rot or corrosion, and improves overall indoor air quality. This solution not only preserves the integrity of the garage but also adds value and peace of mind to the home.
