Before Waterproofing
Our System Design Specialist conducted an extensive inspection of the homeowner's basement to identify the exact source of water intrusion and design the most effective, customized waterproofing solution for long-term protection.

During WaterGuard Install
Our crew began by removing a section of the basement floor along the perimeter and digging a trench to prepare for the WaterGuard Drainage System installation.

Installing WaterGuard
We placed our WaterGuard System in the trench, connected it to the sump pump, before sealing it with fresh cement, creating a clean, effective path to keep water out of the basement.

TripleSafe Install
The crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump in a newly excavated pit to provide triple-layer protection with a primary pump, secondary pump, and battery backup, ensuring the basement stays dry even during power outages.

Drainage Matting Install
Our crew placed Drainage Matting along the basement perimeter to help guide water toward the drainage system, promoting proper flow beneath the floor and enhancing overall waterproofing performance.

WaterGuard Drainage System
We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System along the interior perimeter of the basement to capture seepage at the foundation wall-floor joint. Its clog-resistant design ensures reliable water drainage and directs it safely to the sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
TripleSafe was added to provide triple protection against basement flooding with a primary pump, backup pump, and battery-powered unit, keeping the basement dry even during heavy rains or power outages.

IceGuard Discharge Line
The crew also installed our IceGuard Discharge Line to prevent backups from frozen pipes during winter. Its patented design allows water to escape if the line becomes blocked by ice, ensuring consistent drainage year-round.

The Benefits Of Waterproofing
By waterproofing this homeowner's basement, we provided lasting protection against moisture intrusion, preventing structural damage, mold growth, and musty odors. This process also created a clean, dry, and healthy environment, transforming the basement into a usable, comfortable space while increasing the home's value and long-term durability.
