Weep Holes
We drill weep holes at the bottom of the foundation walls to allow trapped water to flow out and into the WaterGuard system, ensuring proper drainage and preventing pressure buildup behind the walls.

During WaterGuard Install
Next, our crew carefully removes a section of the basement floor along the perimeter, drills weep holes in the foundation walls to release trapped water, and installs the WaterGuard System beneath the floor to collect and channel water directly to the sump pump for efficient removal.

CleanSpace Install
The crew measures and trims the CleanSpace Panels to fit the basement walls, then securely fastens them in place using mechanical fasteners and adhesives. The panels are overlapped and sealed at the seams to create a continuous vapor barrier that directs wall moisture down to the drainage system.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard effectively intercepts and redirects groundwater away from your basement, preventing leaks, reducing moisture buildup, and protecting your home from costly water damage and mold growth.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
CleanSpace Wall Panels create a bright, clean look while preventing water vapor and humidity from entering through basement walls, helping to reduce the risk of mold, improve indoor air quality, and keep the space dry and healthy.

IceGuard Discharge Line
We also added our IceGuard Discharge Line to ensure water can safely exit the system even if the exterior discharge line freezes or becomes blocked, preventing backups and protecting the basement from flooding during cold weather.
