Old Sump Pump
This homeowner's old sump pump was outdated and underpowered, causing it to fail during heavy rains. Without the capacity to keep up with water intrusion, it allowed seepage to build up in the basement, leading to persistent dampness and moisture damage.

During WaterGuard Install
To install our WaterGuard Drainage System, our crew began by carefully removing a section of the basement floor perimeter to create a clean trench. We then placed the WaterGuard drainage channel just above the footing to avoid clogging with soil. Once secured, the system was connected to a sump pump, and the trench was sealed with fresh cement for a smooth, clean finish.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is designed to sit above the foundation footing, preventing clogs while capturing water from both the wall and floor joints, keeping the basement permanently dry without disrupting the foundation structure.

Installing SuperSump Premier
Our team installed the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump by first placing a durable sump liner into a precisely dug pit at the lowest point in the basement. The powerful cast-iron pump was then positioned inside and connected to a high-performance check valve and discharge line. We completed the setup with an airtight lid to block odors and moisture.

SuperSump Premier
The SuperSump Premier offers powerful, quiet water removal with a high-capacity pump, durable liner, and airtight lid, making it the ideal solution for long-lasting, worry-free basement protection.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
CleanSpace Wall Panels provide a bright, clean finish while acting as a moisture and vapor barrier. They help keep the basement dry by directing wall seepage into the drainage system, improving air quality and protecting against mold and mildew.
