Weep Holes
Our crew drills weep holes at the base of the foundation walls before installing WaterGuard to allow any trapped water inside the block walls to drain into the system, preventing buildup, pressure, and potential wall damage.

During WaterGuard Install
To install our WaterGuard System, our crew began by removing a section of the basement floor along the perimeter, then excavated a shallow trench on top of the footing. We placed the WaterGuard drainage channel into the trench, ensuring it would collect seepage from both the walls and floor. Once secured, we backfilled the area with clean stone and finished by restoring the concrete floor for a clean, seamless appearance.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is designed to sit above the foundation footing, keeping it clear of dirt and debris while efficiently capturing wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement.

The Importance Of Proper Drainage
With its clog-resistant design and seamless integration with sump pump systems, WaterGuard provides long-lasting protection against flooding, moisture damage, and mold growth.
