Before Waterproofing
In order to recommend the most effective waterproofing solution tailored to the homeowner's specific needs, our System Design Specialist began by conducting a thorough, top-to-bottom inspection of the entire basement.

Weep Holes
We drill weep holes at the base of the foundation walls to relieve hydrostatic pressure and allow trapped water to flow freely into the WaterGuard System, ensuring a dry, protected basement.

During WaterGuard Install
Our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System by first removing a section of the basement floor along the perimeter, then placing the drainage channel just above the footing. Once in place, we backfilled with clean washed stone and sealed it with fresh cement.

Installing TripleSafe
We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump by first excavating a pit at the lowest point of the basement. The durable sump liner was then set in place, followed by the TripleSafe system, equipped with three powerful pumps for ultimate protection.

Window WellDuct
Our Window WellDuct System was added to redirect water leaking through the basement window well into the WaterGuard drainage system, preventing pooling, wall damage, and keeping the basement dry and protected.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is a reliable, clog-resistant drainage system designed to capture water at the foundation's edge and direct it to the sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
TripleSafe provides unmatched basement protection with three powerful pumps working together for maximum reliability, ensuring your home stays dry even during heavy rains or power outages.

IceGuard Discharge Line
IceGuard protects your basement by preventing ice dams and water buildup around your foundation, keeping water away and your home safe through every winter.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
CleanSpace Wall Panels create a waterproof barrier that keeps basement walls dry while improving air quality and preventing mold, offering a clean, healthy, and comfortable living space.
