Weep Holes
Our crew drilled weep holes at the base of the basement walls to relieve water pressure and allow any trapped moisture to drain directly into WaterGuard, ensuring effective water collection and long-term dryness.

During TripleSafe Install
We began by excavating a sump pit at the lowest point of the basement to install our TripleSafe Sump Pump. The system was then carefully placed and connected to the drainage line, featuring three powerful pumps for backup protection. Once secured, the pit was backfilled with gravel and sealed with fresh cement.

WaterGuard
WaterGuard was installed to capture groundwater seepage at the wall-floor joint. Hidden beneath the floor, it redirects water to the sump pump, preventing leaks and protecting the basement from long-term water damage.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
The crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to provide maximum protection against basement flooding. With three pumps, including a battery backup, it ensures continuous operation even during heavy storms or power outages, keeping the basement dry at all times.

IceGuard Discharge Line
Lastly, to prevent backups during freezing temperatures, we added our IceGuard Discharge Line. This system allows water to escape even if the exterior line is frozen, ensuring year-round drainage and protecting the basement from unexpected overflow.
