Our crew began by removing a section of the basement floor along the perimeter, creating a trench to install our WaterGuard System just above the footing, then we applied a layer of cement for a clean, seamless finish.
WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard keeps basements dry by capturing water from walls and floors and directing it to the sump pump, its above-footing design prevents clogs and ensures long-lasting, reliable drainage.
CleanSpace Wall Panels
We installed CleanSpace Wall Panels to create a moisture barrier on the basement walls, helping prevent water vapor and humidity from entering while giving the space a cleaner, brighter look.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
TripleSafe was installed to provide maximum protection against basement flooding, with three pumps for backup support, it ensures the basement stays dry even during heavy rain or power outages.
WellDuct System
The Window WellDuct was also added, to redirect water leaking from the basement window directly into the drainage system, preventing pooling, wall stains, and moisture buildup.
