Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Church's Basement in Newark, NJ
A Newark, NJ church recently contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems with concerns of water seeping into their basement from the floor during heavy rains. We proposed a comprehensive solution tailored to their specific needs, which included the installation of our WaterGuard drainage system, the SuperSump pump, and CleanSpace encapsulation. Our experienced production team began by carefully positioning the WaterGuard system along the basement perimeter, beneath the floor and above the foundation footing. This system discreetly captures any incoming water before it has a chance to collect on the basement floor and directs it toward the SuperSump pump. The pump, with its reliable and high-capacity performance, removes the water efficiently and effectively under all conditions. To ensure further protection, we encapsulated the walls with CleanSpace, which prevents moisture from entering the basement from the walls.
